Are you curious about the power of the mind, in relation to BDSM and kink? In this workshop you will be guided through a journey, which will allow you tap into a different theme every week. Whether you are seeking an answer to a question, setting an intention, or just need to release and let go, this is a safe space for exploration and connection.

Comfortable clothing
Prep your space: Yoga mat/comfortable chair or meditation pillow- ideally a place to lie down while being propped upright
Headphones or good sound on your device
A quiet secure space where you can be uninterrupted for our time together
Water and light protein snack
Phone off or on vibrate
Rope for self ties (optional)
About the Presenter
Mx Shane is a queer lifestyle Domme and BDSM instructor with over 20 years in the BDSM/kink community. She leads workshops and offers private coaching along with her partner Mistress Justine Cross. She has been co-host at BDSFemme and Deviant Party in Los Angeles.
Mx Shane is also a certified Hypnotherapist, a Reiki Master/Teacher, and a Guided Imagery Facilitator. Mx Shane is committed to helping her students let go of the past, and live with more joy and self-acceptance.

1. Is this in person or virtual?
All classes will be online until further notice. We are planning until at least through 2020.
2. What platform will you be using?
Active demo style classes such as bondage or flogging will use Zoom. Lecture style classes will be thru Crowdcast. Both are free to join and easy to use.
3. Do I have to turn my video on?
No, but we love to see you if we are using Zoom! We do ask that you put a name and some kind of pic on your profile bc it feels friendly. We understand not everyone is able to have cam on during class.
